As part of its strategic expansion across Europe, Allies is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Amsterdam. To spearhead this growth, the company has created the role of Director of Growth & Partnerships and appointed Pedro Celli to the position.
Pedro joins Allies from Zoom, where he successfully built and led Zoom’s UKI/EMEA mid-market business as a Senior Manager. With over 10 years of international tech sales experience from Zoom, Leanplum, and Revinate, Pedro brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
“We are thrilled to expand beyond the Nordics and move closer to our Western European customers with Pedro on board. Our mission is to solve the talent market fragmentation problem in Europe, enabling groundbreaking companies to scale and compete with their US and APAC counterparts. Pedro’s insider perspective from one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies will be invaluable in helping our customers reach new heights,” said Priit Pavelson, CEO of Allies.
Pedro expressed his enthusiasm for his new role: “I am immensely excited to join Allies as the Director of Growth & Partnerships. This role allows me to leverage my passion for cultivating meaningful partnerships and driving growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Allies is at a pivotal point in a rapidly evolving industry, and I look forward to collaborating with a talented, forward-thinking team focused on scaling impactful IT solutions and services. I am eager to work with the team and help our clients become the best versions of themselves.”
Allies has been operating in the Nordics since 2020, starting its commercial activities in the Finnish market. The company builds turnkey software R&D delivery hubs for growth companies and is part of the Reaktor-backed Fusion Ecosystem, which includes over 30 thriving digital companies. Allies is the third Fusion company to establish operations in Amsterdam, following in the footsteps of Reaktor and Adventure Club.
